Safety Biomedical Ltd was created for safe, ethical and affordable diagnostic technologies for effective healthcare delivery.

It focuses on molecular diagnostics, environmental diagnostics, point-of-care testing and medical devices.

It has two main divisions:  R & D division and Marketing division. The R & D group specializes on developing and packaging low cost molecular diagnostic technologies for infectious diseases, malignancies, genetic and metabolic disorders for developing countries.

It explores African medicinal plants through a wide range of collaborations with leading institutions in Africa and Europe. It provides training, consultancy and services for technical know-how in molecular diagnostics and environmental diagnostics to health institutions, government and individual research organizations in developing countries. We also undertake food and drink products testing for producers, retailers and consumers.
